Servicing entails new oil, new spark plug, clean air-filer, clean carby, lubricate and tighten chain and a safety check.

Additional prices will occur if chain is to rusty and needs replacing, a new carby due to fuel been sat in them for long periods of time as the destry the internals of the carby and no amount of cleaning will fix the issues you are having, battery charging and replacements are also additional.
