Built from steel and aluminium, the RHK Motohauler is strong yet light, capable of safely transporting off-road motorcycles up to 200kg while using a standard 50mm tow hitch. This bike carrier is the perfect option to transport a dirt bike if you don’t want to tow a trailer or don’t have the space in a ute/van to transport a bike.

The steel and aluminium combination provides strength while being light, without negatively impacting the load rating of the bike carrier. The Motohauler is easy to use once assembled out of the box – its alloy ramp allows you to load the bike and is easily stowed when not in use. The deck can be assembled to allow loading from either the left or right side of the vehicle. Four tie down points will keep your bike secure, while the wheel chock stiffens the rack to prevent twisting and helps to hold your wheel in place. Additionally, a steel pin can be inserted in to the main deck to ensure the secure placement of most bikes, from mini bikes to full size off road bikes (weight dependent).

The Motohauler uses a 50mm tow hitch as it’s the most common size and style in Australia. It includes an anti-tilt bracket to stabilise wobble and sway, reducing unwanted vertical movement. A clear coat finish on the aluminium helps protect the surface from the elements, reducing the likelihood of pitting and staining.

A wireless lighting system is also available so your car lights are visible. Available for $129. Be sure to check your local laws for vehicle towing width regulations and check your vehicle’s owners manual to ensure your vehicle and towbar has a suitable towing/load capacity.

Wireless LED Tail Light Kit

Convenient trailer lighting.

Designed for use with the RHK Motohauler, the wireless trailer light kit connects easily to your trailer and vehicle, allowing strong visibility without any of the hassles of wiring looms or configuring a trailer plug.

To use, simply plug the 7 pin transmitter into your vehicle’s existing 7 pin trailer plug, then turn on the lights to activate the system. Signals transmit between the lights and plug on the 2.4Gz frequency and will stay connected for up to 50 metres. Each light includes tail, stop, indicator and licence plate lights and are 100 x 100 x 58mm (LxWxD).

Each light offers a 10 hour run time and takes approximately five hours to fully charge from flat, using the included USB charger. When not in use they can be stored in the included semi-rigid padded zippered bag to prevent damage or theft.

Made from durable ABS and PMMA and boasting an IP66 ingress rating, the lights physically connect to a trailer or Motohauler bike carrier with a metal mounting system with a sturdy rubber fastener. Importantly, the lights are 100% road legal, with an R148/R10 approval.
